CFSPUG is a forum for all persons who are using, supporting, or otherwise involved in SharePoint. Our membership is open to developers, designers, users, power users, administrators, managers, recruiters, hiring managers, and anyone else who might be interested in learning more about SharePoint. This group is dedicated to providing resources to get help and information on SharePoint based technologies.
Our experience is that recruiters and hiring managers often write requirements for resources without a complete understanding of the skills necessary to build, develop, and support SharePoint. This common misunderstanding of SharePoint leads to poor decisions regarding resource allocation and project structure which in turn creates frustrated and disillusioned customers.
The good news is we can help! Our mission is to aide in clarifying what SharePoint is (and what it isn’t) by explaining the SharePoint platform more fully, in both a user and technical context. The end goal is to make SharePoint a more useful tool and put it to work for you.
